Wow, what an interesting concept! I wonder if it will actually reduce the amount of dogs/cats out there in the shelters though.
One good thing to say about this is I really didn't like putting my danes under anesthesia, so I would have liked a surgery-free alternative to fixing.
No, it won't reduce animals in shelters, they aren't a result of too many puppies being born, but of people getting dogs who should consider not doing that (see Sheltie story).
It might prevent some surgical complications though.
And Fred, I hear ya, buddy - we are definitely overpopulated with coneheads!
